The festive season is upon us! I hope you have made plans for spending time with friends and family over the festive season. Keep warm!
- Christmas Tree
Come and join us for the decoration and lighting of the NLCA Christmas Tree on Sunday 8th December 2024 at 3pm, at the picnic site. Please join us for some festive fun and some mince pies 😊
NLCA Meetings
Our next meeting will take place on Monday 16th December at 7:30, at Nether Lochaber Parish Church Hall. It would be lovely to see you there!

Feedback from the open sessions which took place in November will be available soon. Many thanks to those who came along and contributed to the process.
- 500 Club
Here are the winning numbers since our last update.
November winners: Numbers: 70, 20 and 26.
Do you want the chance to win some cash* each month? Then please join our 500 club! Not only do you have a chance of winning a prize, but you will be contributing to the regular income of the Association, which contributes to making Nether Lochaber a better place to live, work and visit. Join for as little as £2.50 per month. Winners' numbers will be published monthly via our Facebook page. Contact Gordon: gordfmac@gmail.com
* The prize fund varies with number of members. At present the prizes are 1st: £25, 2nd: £15 and 3rd: £10.
Tubs and Garden Areas
There is an opportunity for businesses in Nether Lochaber to sponsor the Community Association flower tubs dotted along the A82. We are looking for a donation of £50 per annum to sponsor a tub which would cover the plants and maintenance by our team of community volunteers. The sponsor would be acknowledged by a sign on the tub similar to that used by Corpach community. - NLCA Leaflets
We will doing a further leaflet campaign which will include dates of our meetings in 2025 and also events which we have arranged so far for 2025.
- Other Events
February 2025 – Weaving workshop with Irene. The previous workshop was so popular, and Irene enjoyed herself so much that there will be a series of three workshops in February 2025. Booking details will follow. The workshops will take place on Thursdays 13, 20 and 27 from 6:30pm, and as before attendance will be by donation.
